Effective Monday, May 6, 2013, Palos Community Hospital will be performing Vitamin D 25-OH testing in-house which will be reported as a total Vitamin D, encompassing both D2 and D3.
If specific D2 and D3 levels are needed, please order as such and the test will be forwarded to Mayo Medical Laboratories.
Palos Community Hospital (PCH) is a not-for-profit community hospital, which is operated in accordance with Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Healthcare Facilities. The primary objective of PCH is the provision of inpatient and outpatient services that are responsive to the health care needs of the residents of southwestern Cook County and the northeastern sections of Will County.
